Running Clinic: Session 3

The Road Eaters got some pumping action at UP Diliman with Coach Karlo and Coach Starsky in preparation for the upcoming Run United 1 Marathon 2013! Plyometrics and Speed training gave them the boost! Of course, who would forget to reload lost calories as they went straight ahead to KFC!




Those who participated were Kirk, Jeff, Eya, Kevin, Wax, Sam, Anjo, Jemai, MJ, and Josh
